Since 1990 to date we have built many single family homes, Duplexes, Condos and Townhouses. We are member of Greater Vancouver Home Builders' Association. GVHBA is the largest home builder association in Canada. We are also member of Canadian Home Builders' Association of BC. All our projects are built with superior standards and finishing.

We locate site & land with the help of our realtors, get it approved from the municipality, Develop Sub Divisions, Build Condos, Duplexes, Single family homes and Town houses which are designed by the architects and with the guidelines of the professional consultants involved in the project. Our consultants always implement new eco friendly concepts & designs in the projects. Our homes / units are built with care to suit the needs of customer.
We will have your plan made by our architect, get it approved from the municipality, build it and get you the final occupancy permit .
We will arrange for you to meet with our architect and designer. Alternatively, we will meet and work with your preferred architect and designer if you have one.

Based on the size of the home and the preferred type of finishing materials, we will provide you with a realistic budget for your approval..
Once we review the working drawings from the architect and you approve it and provide us with your deposit, we will submit the drawings and arrange for all necessary permits from the City Hall.
We do renovations as per your requirements with the help of our experienced team of designers.
